        被床封印是每个人都希望的事情,但是对于经常失眠和通宵熬夜的朋友,睡眠不足可是有非常多的危害。

1、肥胖

        睡眠不足导致衰老是必然的,皮肤黯淡,眼睛浮肿,大大的黑眼圈和眼袋都是我们熬夜之后的表现。没有充足的睡眠,皮肤就得不到休息,皮肤组织也不能得到很好的修复,所以足够的睡眠是很重要的。

3、精神不集中

        长期的睡眠不足,会让我们的精神不集中,从而在工作和学习中影响我们对事物的理解,从而无法做出准确和明智的判断。而且还会降低我们的记忆力和解决问题的能力。



 
4、不利身体健康

        长期的睡眠不足会为我们的身体带来很大的压力,增加患心脏疾病,高血压,中风,糖尿病等疾病的可能。
